All kiteboarding lessons and equipment is owned and provided by Earth KItesurfing. All students are to be fully aware that all Kiteboarding lessons are weather dependent. The decision to cancel a lesson due to safety or extreme weather concerns rests solely with the instructor. In the event of Earth Kitesurfing cancelling the lesson an alternative lesson will be rescheduled at no cost to the student.
Payment
Full payment must be received before the commencement of each lesson. Should payment not be received, Earth Kitesurfing reserves the right to treat the bookings as cancelled.
Cancellations
Customers are to notify Earth Kitesurfing School if they wish to cancel their lesson outside of 31 days they will receive their money back. Between 30 – 15 days 25% will be retained by Earth Kitesurfing and if you fail to notify us of your cancellation outside of 14 days 100% of the lesson fee will be retained by Earth Kitesurifng.
In the event of a lesson being cancelled by Earth Kitesurfing the customer may rebook at a later date or have their payment extended for a year from the booking date. We also will offer you alternative activities like Sailing, Stand Up Paddle Boarding or Pilates if the conditions don’t allow us to go Kitesurfing.
Refunds are not possible but in extreme cases they may be so please just contact us, thank you!
In the event that you commence a lesson package and are not able to finish the lesson due to wind or availability please contact us, administration fees apply.
Missed Bookings
In the event of a booked lesson being missed the voucher or payment for that lesson becomes null or void. No refunds or cancellation procedures may apply.
Opening Dates
Earth Kitesurfing is open 7 days a week all year with exception to Christmas Day, New Years Day. All lessons are weather dependent. Our windy season is from September through to March.
Gift and Lesson Vouchers
Gift and lesson vouchers are valid twelve months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are transferable between all lessons and can be given to a third party; refunds are not possible under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the recipient to book and complete the lesson within the twelve-month voucher period.
Lost lesson and gift vouchers may be redeemed if proof of purchase can be shown. Earth Kitesurfing reserves the right to refuse a replacement.
